Rules and Frequently Asked Questions

• Smoking is prohibited inside the building. The smoking area is located outdoors. The fine for smoking is 100 euros.
• Consuming drugs is absolutely prohibited in the entire apartment complex.
• The property is not responsible for belongings left in the room.
• Check-in: 2:00 pm, check-out: 12:00 am. The complex is open 24 hours a day, and there is no curfew.
• If you’d like to extend your stay, please inform reception before 10:30 am. The property cannot guarantee that there will be an apartment available.
• Complaints can only be considered with either an invoice/payment receipt or reservation confirmation.
• ONLY apartment guests can stay in the rooms. All other guests must remain in the common areas.
• Please try to be quiet from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and respect the other guests’ rest.
• Apartment guests are financially responsible for all damage caused during their stay.
• The unjustified use of fire-prevention equipment and systems will result in a fine between 100 and 1,000 euros.

• Only dogs and cats are allowed; no other type of pet can stay at the apartments.
• Only one pet allowed per room. Reservations for apartments can never be made exclusively for pets.
• Pets may not use common areas.
• Pets must be leashed in the apartment building’s common areas.
• Your pet cannot be left alone in the room at any time. This is to prevent any possible inconvenience or disturbance to other guests staying with us due to barking or whining, as well as any damage to the room’s furnishings.
• In the event your pet causes any noise or disturbances, Apartamentos Congreso reserves the right to ask the client and the pet to leave.
• The pet may not use the rooms’ bathrooms or showers.
• Please do not allow pets on beds or sofas, or use the apartments’ towels for animals.
• The client will be responsible for their pet and its behaviour at all times, as well as any damage it may cause during their stay, whether to third parties or the hotel’s facilities. The amount of any damages will be charged to the client’s final bill.
• Your pet may not relieve itself in the apartment building complex, nor on its exterior walls. If it does so near the apartments, the owner must pick up after it.

• Apartamentos Congreso accepts pets, but you must contact the property in advance, as the service is subject to availability. You must also fill in, sign and send the following “terms and conditions” document to this email address: apartamentoscongreso@gmail.com.

• The maximum height of the parking garage is 1.90 m. If your vehicle exceeds this measurement, we will indicate other nearby public parking options.
• The garage entrance is at Calle Senado 2, Logroño. Once inside, drive about 150 metres until you arrive at the lit yellow parking spaces. From there, you can enter the apartment complex directly, using the private lift from the garage.
• The pedestrian entrance to the apartments is at Calle Congreso 2, Logroño, where you will find a plaza with trees that leads to the complex’s reception area.

Yes, you can. You must let us know ahead of time and there is an additional charge of 30 euro (VAT included).

At Apartamentos Congreso we have fully equipped cots for children and babies, which we will set up in your apartment. This service must be requested in advance.

If you’re coming with lots of luggage or you have bikes or other large items, our complex is ideal. We have a closed parking garage and reception, where you can store what you’d like during your stay.
